Less Than 100 Days To Go!!!!!!!

Wooo hooo! We are now under the 100 day mark! Our little Cade Man is due in just 99 days! I don't know why, but it seems so much closer now that we are under the BIG 1-0-0!

Home Sweet Home

I know our last Cabo trip (in December) was supposed to be our 'last hoorah', but we decided to squeeze one more trip in before Cade gets here. We have found our 'vacation soul mate' in Cabo at the Casa Dorada Resort. We had a long day of travel after only 3 hours of sleep (Kristen & Greg's wedding was the night before), so Brad needed a nap upon arrival.
I got up early and reserved us some lounges at the pool! Good thing I am an early riser b/c it is PACKED this week! Here is the view from our balcony.And another view of the pool...And one more view of the beach...We had lunch at The Office right in front of our hotel. You can see on the stage they had a contest going on... needless to say, it is college spring break and we felt just a bit old:)I just took this picture about 10 min. ago. This is our night view. Can't you see why we LOVE this place!?Here is our nightly pool view...We just can't seem to stay away. We are planning to come back in 1 year when Cade is 9 months old. Mimi & Poppy, will you join us!?

"Tiny Dancer"

Brad and I were so excited to share in Kristen & Greg's Big Day yesterday. They were married in Corona Del Mar at this adorable church (see below) and then had their reception at The Harborside Pavilion, where we were married. It was so neat to go back to the 'scene of the crime':) Kristen looked gorgeous and Greg, her handsome groom, looked great!

Little Cade Man kept moving around when the music came on. He was my little dance partner.

Is He Here Yet!?

We (or should I say 'Brad'?) hung Cade's surfboard chalkboard on his door yesterday. This is the note I woke to this morning:) Cade's picture and hat rack are now hung! All we are missing is our Little Monkey!

New Additions...

Brad hung one of his surfboards in Cade's room. He can't wait to have a little surf buddy soon! This is a chalk board shaped like a surf board. It will go on Cade's door. We can leave him little messages. When he is older I can remind him to clean his room:)

I will have not one but TWO handsome men soon!

Need I say more? :)

Our Thoughts Exactly....

Brad and I were on our way to dinner tonight and we were right behind this car. Check out the bumper sticker! How funny is that? Our Little Man is famous already!

My Favorite Part Yet.... Somersaults!

So last night I was laying on the couch enjoying the P & Q while reading my book when suddenly I noticed some movement around my belly. I thought I was seeing things so I ignored it and continued reading my juicy romantic book...until I saw it move again. I had to stop and see what this was. Well, you guess it... yep, it was my little sidekick trying to show off by doing somersaults for me. It was by far, the NEATEST part of pregnancy yet! It went on for 20 minutes. I don't know why, but it made me giggle. I then started to jiggle my tummy to get him to keep doing it. I could not wait to get home from work today so I could lay on the couch and wait for my little monkey to come say hi again. Did I say I LOVE this part of pregnancy!?! :)

Cade's Room Unveiled!

The moment we have been waiting for...... drum roll please..... Cade's bedding is here! It is exactly what I had envisioned. Thank you SO MUCH Bee & Scott (and family) for the GENEROUS gift. Cade will look like a little king with his new bedding. This is showing the picture that will hang above the crib. This was a gift from my brother and sis-in-law, Chris and Aimee. It goes perfect... thanks you guys!

Here is Cade's bookshelf. I love how the green on the name blocks matches exactly with the storage bins. We lucked out on that one. This was the easiest piece of furniture to assemble. I can't wait to fill it up with all of Cade's nick knacks!

Cade's New Ride...

I have a problem... I am addicted to The Baby Guy at the OC swap meet. Jerry makes custom bedding, car seat covers, etc. and I think I am his #1 fan. I absolutely LOVE his stuff. Below is Cade's car seat cover. Our little guy will definitely be riding in style. This is the matching blanket to go with the car seat. I hope Cade likes it!

A Letter to My Little Boy

Hi Monkey!
It's been a while since I have written you.... I am overdue. You are now moving around more often. I love that you are my little buddy and that you go with me everywhere that I go. I joke to your daddy that you are such a good boy and never even cry:) I can't believe we still have 120 days until we get to meet you! That is so long! Until then, we are busy buying you things, working on your room, and spoiling our little monkey. We love you SO MUCH, Baby Cade! Keep on growing steadily and rest knowing that your Mommy & Daddy are so proud of our little man already!
