Swim Lessons Completed: A+

Cade and Sofia just finished up their 8 day swim class at Newport Harbor High.  They did great!  Cade had a great day 1 and was so proud that he went under water.  However, when he woke on day 2, he wanted nothing to do with swim lessons.  He said he was scared to go under again.  We made him go to class but told the instructor not to dunk him unless he changed his mind.  Well, low and behold, he wanted to go under!  He ended up loving class and did really well.  Many times he would volunteer to go first at various activities.

He did so well that we decided to sign him up for the next session of 8 more classes!  Sofia signed up too so the Cade is super excited!

Berkley's 1st Pedicure!

Why, oh why, did I wait so long to do this!?  Berkley was 22 months before getting her first 'at home' pedi!  I think it is the cutest thing ever!  I can't wait until she is old enough to go with me for real pedicures at the salon!!

More Visits to the OC Fair!

Back to the fair we went!
We have a tradition to take family photos in the fair photo booth.  I just LOVE these thing!  Here are the munchkins as we waited for our photos to print out:

Brad & I being goofy.  Well, one of us is being goofy.... evidently I didn't get the memo :)

Our family photos!
Tori and my aunt Nancy came with us one time!  Not the best pic, but as good as I could get.  Sorry, Tori!  The kiddos absolutely ADORE Tori :)  Actually, all kid do!  She is so good with them and acts silly making them laugh so hard!

Cade and I on the Monster Truck ride :)  What fun!

Berkley's 1st time riding a pony!  Go Berkie Go!
As you can see below, she wanted off after about 1 or 2 trips around.  Cade was behind her and was telling her, "It's ok, Baba!"  (When Cade was little he would say "Baba" instead of "Baby".  Oddly enough, the nickname has stuck and he still calls her that.  So do we sometimes!  Everyone at daycare knew her as Baba too!)
