Our pediatrician told us to start Berkley on her solids when she turned 5 months old. So... following Dr.'s orders, we tried it out tonight. Here is Berks waiting for her 1st bite.... notice Chewy waiting as well. He (and Penny too) LOVES rice cereal and always gets any leftovers.
What do you think? Does she like being spoon fed rice cereal?? She already has had cereal in her bottle but this was her 1st time being spoon fed.
Her meal: rice cereal and carrots...
Carrots.... success?? I think she was a bit confused when the spoon went in her mouth. We will have to get used to this. Just look as those baby blues though. Crazy how blue her eyes are in this pic. Wonder if they will change?? Does it really matter though.... we think not! (Funny, I would've thought my little girl would be blonde and hazel eyes like me. Never would have guessed my pretty little lady would have dark hair and blue eyes! Crazy!)
Well, we are onto a new chapter with this new feeding schedule. We will keep you posted as to how it goes!
